LEADERSHIP CONSULTANT
With over 15 years of experience, I specialise in guiding leaders to embed regenerative and life-centred design into their business strategies. I help organisations transition to healthier, sustainable operations that align with long-term environmental and societal goals.

SYSTEM DESIGNER
I design transformative systems by restructuring workflows, redefining KPIs and adapting supply chains to meet sustainability objectives. My PhD in regenerative economics equips me to guide these deep organisational shifts with thoughtful planning and a focus on cultural transformation.

EDUCATOR
Now in its third iteration, I lead a university seminar series on degrowth by design, accompanied by intensive, week-long projects. This programme explores how design can actively rethink neoliberal structures and contribute to post-growth infrastructures. We go beyond human-centric perspectives, exploring life-centred approaches and real-world applications that push the boundaries of traditional design to address pressing ecological and societal challenges.

AUTHOR
I continue to write and publish as a way to bridge theory and practice. I have recently published my PhD thesis on organisational stewardship and regenerative economics, and co-authored the final chapter of The Bloomsbury Handbook of Service Design, due for publication in summer 2025, where I introduce how commoning principles can reshape service design towards planetary health.
I have worked with a diverse range of partners, including major corporations, public sector organisations, public health organisations and the energy sector, to implement sustainable practices. From developing healthcare innovation frameworks, designing barrier-free services to refining sustainable design strategies for global brands, my approach is grounded in practical, impactful solutions that foster collaboration and align with regenerative principles.
